Studio policy & terms

BOOKING FEE: 

 

• A $50 NONREFUNDABLE/NONTRANSFERABLE booking fee is required to secure a date and time for services.

• The booking fee is credited towards your service.

• Cancelling your appointment for any reason will result in a forfeit of the booking fee.

PAYMENT

 

• The remaining balance is due in CASH, VENMO, Credit/Debit Card, or ZELLE on the day of your appointment. Booking fee & Service are nonrefundable.

RESCHEDULING & NO SHOW

 

• If you need to reschedule, we do require 48 hrs in advance notice otherwise booking fee is forfeited. 

• Any reschedules under 48 hrs will result in forfeiture of your booking fee and a new booking will be required.

• You may reschedule once only, a new deposit is required for additional reschedules.

• No-shows will result in a forfeit of the booking fee and will get charged 100% of the service fee.

LATE POLICY

 

• If you are running late please let me know ASAP. If you are more than 20 minutes late and I can’t accommodate you, then the appointment will be canceled and will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. You may schedule another appointment but another booking fee will be required.
