PMU

  • What is the procedure?
The procedure is done in two sessions. At your initial appointment, we will determine the color pigment to match your natural brow hair color, take your brow measurements, and draw in a sketch based on your facial shape and bone structure. Once you agree on the shape, we will start putting the chosen pigments into your skin using numbing cream. The second session (perfecting session) is done in 4-8 weeks after your initial procedure. At this time, we will go over strokes or areas that have not retained the pigment and make any additional changes needed or desired to create your perfect brows. Please note, that you are responsible for booking your touch-up appointments. If you do not come in for your touchup within 5-12 weeks and your tattoo comes back too faded additional charges may apply.
  • Is perfecting touch-up necessary?
It's often recommended to have a touch-up to perfect the look, although it's not mandatory. Microblading is a two-step process involving creating the shape in the first session and adding detail and density in the touch-up session. The perfecting touch-up session can correct any loss of strokes or color, providing the brows with more life and fullness. If you are satisfied with the results after the first session and you feel like your results are perfect with one treatment, you may decide to miss the touch-up. You can skip the touch-up for other reasons as well bearing in mind that this way we cannot guarantee the same results.

It is not advisable to engage in workouts or exercise on the morning of the procedure. Hypersensitivity can be more pronounced if any PMU is done during menstruation. • What are the benefits of permanent makeup?
Permanent makeup can save time, enhance features, and boost confidence. It is especially beneficial for people with busy lifestyles, vision impairments, or conditions that affect hair growth.
  • What can I expect while my permanent makeup is healing?
The healing process typically takes 7-14 days, but your skin will be completely healed after 28 days. Your skin might burn for the first couple of days then the scab will form on the treated area in 2-4 days and feel itchy. These days, the initial color will turn darker. Day 4-5 the scab will start to peel off in smaller pieces till the 10th-14th day. Please do NOT scratch, or peel the area. Let the scab fall off naturally, otherwise, you can create scars and drag out the pigment. The pigments under the scab may seem lighter, than the initial color. In the 2nd-4th week, your eyebrows may look very light, patchy, asymmetrical, or like nothing was done to them. This is due to the natural healing processes of the skin that grows new thicker skin. You should not worry, as the pigments will return by the 5th week and your permanent makeup will reach its final look. If there is any need for darkening, changing color or reinforcing, that is going to be done at the touch-up session. Aftercare will be given to you at the end of your treatment and it is crucial to follow it through for the best result.
